Get it sent as soon as you check the weather, check your email, go for a walk, stop mid walk to pet a dog, run those errands you were going to do before getting distracted by the dog, walk home and make dinner, watch tv while playing games on your phone, then go to bed and then remember just as you are starting to drift off to send the text
I feel either very much seen or attacked. Maybe both. I experience this on a daily if not hourly basis.
