I have literally gotten nauseous hearing that phrase.

I feel either very much seen or attacked. Maybe both. I experience this on a daily if not hourly basis.

I’ve been accused of ignoring people quite frequently. I didn’t even know this was a thing. It’s always in a chaotic situation where my attention was elsewhere but people would be talking to me and I had no idea and I got accused of just being rude. I would never ever do that. I need to go look this up.

I read something the other day that sorta explains this. I felt the same way you do. But what I read was that women know that all men aren’t evil. But they aren’t sure which one’s are. It just clicked in my head and helped me understand the mentality.
