You mean the hour long doom scroll on the little internet before you turn on the big internet?
For some reason I am unable to doom scroll on big internet.
Don’t get me wrong, I still fuck around and waste time browsing numerous tabs and apps on desktop, but I can’t scroll Lemmy like that. Little internet only.
To be fair, Lemmy doesn’t have infinite scroll on the desktop. It’s like 20 items and then you have to hit next, it makes you aware, like “I’ve hit next 10 times, I’m in kinda deep.” Also, I feel like it’s easier to see how old posts are on the desktop. Like it stands out more. They both show you, though.
