It clearly calls out advertusing with terms like “rape video” and “child video” in it that link to telegram channels where you can buy said videos. The article about the BBC invesigation, also talks about the scenes depicted in those ads. It is not good. Meanwhile Meta is hiding behind the claim that they use “advanced AI to detect abuse” and that purpotrators are “hiding between their 3 billion users” and even that those ads did not violate their policy, but I think they retracted that fairly quickly.
