They keep alluding to migrants being the violent ones, am I understanding this correctly? Also they mention this was organized crime basically? Any facts to back that up?

I’m wondering how they actually plan on addressing the root issue here of wealth inequality and cost of living issues… The country’s finances are not doing well from what I can see…
