Ja es gibt all diese Probleme aber die Lösung kann jetzt auch keine kreative Selbstgeiselung für die nächsten 100 Jahre sein. Diese Baubestimmung lassen sich sicher auch mit Umweltschutz und Resorucensparend lösen aber dazu bräuchte es halt auch Architekten die Lösungen suchen.

Wenn wir auf jegliche “Bau Feng-Shui” verzichten schauts in ein paar hundert Jahren so aus wie in 1984 oder Brave New World.

Ob dieses Selbstrexperiment wirklich funktioniert kannst du dir übrigens im ehemaligen Ost Block anschauen. Da hat man Plattenbauten nurnoch nach Funktion und Effizienz aufgestellt. Auch wenn man seit dem versucht hat diese Ort wieder schöner zu machen gelten sie noch immer vielerorts als hässlicher Wohnraum. Solcher Wohnraum macht depressiv.

Viele deiner Problem sind übrigens politisch lösbar :) Da muss man nicht über lokale kulturelle individuelle Regel drüber fahren.
