There’s a local cat rescue that was trying to get rid of surplus black cats this month. Apparently, people don’t often adopt them. Two rescues cats ago, when I adopted a black cat, the human society worker thanked me and said they usually end up destroying black cats because no one wants them.
I always have 1, so I’m not sure what the problem is.
Superstition. A lot of people think they are bad luck. Where I grew up, they were good luck though.
If folks were logical they’d realize they can wear more black clothes with a void kitty. Alas 😭
My two voids are also rescues…one is sweet and hateful the other is just sharp.
I am not a cat person. That given: silly or invoking Cthulhu?
