I’m also not surprised the number of them like this is more than 0, but that doesn’t mean most or even a significant number of them - much less “all” which is what you said. A lot of vets are also very patriotic, and Russia has assassinated people in the UK and are enemies. So it also wouldn’t surprise me if quite a few of them joined the Ukrainian side when they were taking volunteers - a lot of vets did.
