I read that, at least in the US, poorer areas have less parks and other such facilities where kids can hang out. If England’s poorer communities are built the same way, maybe kids end up playing on the streets, or travel by foot to get to parks that are further away from their homes therby increasing the chances of getting into accidents.
I wonder what percent is caused by poorly maintained cars, or kids not being supervised. Basicly the side effects of poverty.

It’s much harder to get hit by a vehicle inside, so yea, probably kids playing outside.
