    ‘Our game’ lmfao

    Nobody owns football. Marketeers and corrupt leaders just pretend they do and for almost a century now, everyone sort of agreed they did, just like the EU has for decades now.

    Like, NOW you push back on the most blatantly corrupt organization? Now? Bit late don’t you think.

      It depends upon how you interpret ‘our’ as it’s pretty vague. It means ‘belonging to us’ but I think that ‘us’ literally means everyone in the world except FIFA in this context.

        I imagine FIFA would take the Nintendo route in the future: every team, including childrens football, would have to pay a fee.

          It’s simply not possible to do that. It’s not Monopoly where a single entity owns the rights to it. People can just create a new game body or even play without one.
