Ukraine was also radicalized by Russian strikes on civilian apartments, hospitals, theaters, railway stations, markets, schools and power infrastructure (in the middle of winter no less). Or are those legitimate military targets now?
No, but nobody is defending those. This is a complete non-sequitur.
