Congratulations. I honestly thought France / Spain would be the decider but Spain’s consistency was amazing. One goal conceded all tournament is the stat that says it all.
A well deserved win. Lots of sore heads over there today I’m sure.
I watched in Rome and people didn’t even celebrate. The ones that did sung “españa” and clapped three times, that was it. You I think that was the worst part was losing to a country with so little passion xD You couldn’t even write lyrics for your own national anthem.
Sure dude. My behavior is totally reprehensible. Denying false claims is an awful thing to do. My bad. Next time I’ll just go with the social media narrative.
If you think it’s a slur then you dom’t understand the meaning of the term. Or how argentinians use it, at least. No more facts for now though. Thanks for asking!
Oh yeah, one more thing, it’s funny how you’re just taken aback by the term by can’t even refute it or understand your own mental simplicity. I needed a laugh today :)
There’s no way you’re not a troll. Every comment you’ve made is so fucking dumb and ignorant that it shouldn’t be possible for you to be able to write.
Can confirm. I watched in Spain and no one celebrated. Few people watched and after the final whistle they clapped and went home. It was one of the calmest nights I’ve seen. /s
I can see you’re very proud of how your people celebrate football but, as I told you in another thread, it’s probably more toned down in Spain simply because people have more things to celebrate than just football. I’m sure that if Spain lived in constant crisis for 40 years and with bleak outlooks for the future and without any World Cup since 1986 they would also lose their minds. Spain currently holds European Championship, female World Championship and won last World Cup 16 years ago. So yeah, they celebrated the normal amount.
Nope, it’s relsted to the culture itself. If you’d ever actually met an argentinian or visited argentina you’d know this.

Dude, when it comes to football Spain was born in 2010.
Spain currently holds European Championship
Good for them. Argentina won their last two america cups.
female World Championship
No disrespect but I couldn’t care less about that and I doubt spaniards care that much about it either.
won last World Cup 16 years ago
We won 4 years ago. Does that mean that if we’d won our 5th consecutive title we should’ve celebrated a negative amount? Like be angry because we won? Wth is that logic xD
Hopefully one day it’s your country that can make you happy. I know mine has.
I’m Spanish. I have plenty to celebrate about today.

Touché!

Everybody wanted Argentina to lose due to their player’s and fan’s behaviour. You are not helping the case at all.

Rome is not in Spain.

I’m from Galicia, in fact. And I know the history of the word. What a PoS you are.
What’s next? Any racial slur you want to share? Argentinian players sure love those.
Lol, it’s not my fault you’re honouring the meaning of the term.
Any other slur you would want to share with us?

And yet, it is. Baffling, I know.
Why the fuck would people in Rome have passion for Spain?
This guy was expecting them to go out into the streets of Rome in the middle of the night and start behaving like animals.
Which tells you exactly what they think “Argentinian passion” is.
Because they were spaniards, genius. It was a large field with people from both sides.
They didn’t even celebrate in the stadium so I don’t know why I was surprised.

Watch a video from 2022 and then rewatch videos from last night. If you can’t see the difference, I would go to an ophtalmologist.

… The ones where they destroyed half of Buenos aires?
Nothing was destroyed. What are you talking about? You’re thinking of france in 2018.
