I mean the days when you are tired, even if you eat well during the day, you are still hungry and irritated, you find it difficult to concentrate, and it is impossible to communicate with people for a long time, or even when you try to hold something in your hand, it seems to slip out.

    Either try a power nap or eat/drink whatever your body seems to miss today.

    Sometimes, I reckon I’ll just need to get some light sports or general activity outside going.

    But most of the times? Nothing works and I kinda just accept that’s it’s a slow day. So do what must be done today, try to do something comfy/fun for the remainder and get at least something enjoyable out of this day.
