I agree with you that people should tip in places where tipping is expected to make up wages.

I just think required tipping as a concept is a way to take advantage of the consumer, and it shouldn’t exist for that reason alone.

The way that it’ll be made to not exist is by going to restaurants that don’t do tipping. Or switch entirely to takeout, lol
