Indeed they do but in other countries there are mechanisms in place to ensure you don’t get a cosplay dictator. In the Netherlands, Wilders was elected who is a Trump wannabe, but thanks for the proper democratic system in the Netherlands, he was severely limited in what crazy shit he wanted to do. Obviously the government collapsed and now they have a much more middle of the road government, which means more will get done.
