I don’t tend to tick many ADHD boxes on self assessments, but this is me. Sometimes I wonder if its burnout instead.
It is and it isn’t. Like everything it depends on frequency and consistency.
Is this you every day for weeks at a time, even for activities that used to give you joy? Yeah you’re probably burnt out. Is this you, constantly, in a cycle you can’t seem to break? Over a period of months and changing circumstances? Keep an eye out for other symptoms and maybe go get checked.
Well, for starters get out of bed.
Then once you are out of bed, drink some water.
Boom, first two items off the list! It’s that easy!
