As much as I keep trying to practice learning German, I forever struggle with sentence structure. I know words, but I cannot figure out how to organize them.
It is (probably) supposed to mean that. It doesn’t though, because it is missing half of the words. Its just a very bad sentence that doesn’t make sense.

Even as a native I had to read it like 4 times. But you can build it similarly in English.
“When the new colleague is younger than you work in the company.”
It’s just a confusing sentence
Yeah it really is odd.
Even what you wrote makes little sense in english.
Does it not mean like “when your colleague is younger than the time you have been working at the company”

Yeah I was talking about the intended meaning. It did take me 3 times coming upon the meme to finally get the joke.
“The moment you realize your colleague wasn’t even born at the moment your work started to piss you off”.
Der Moment, an dem du realisierst: dein Kollege war nichtmals geboren, da hattest du schon kein Bock auf arbeiten mehr!
Meiner Meinung nach ein bisschen zu viel Info.
The best I had with how little I actually understand German was
“when the new younger colleague, ? you ? in work.”
I wasn’t too far off
