And I am not autistic nor have ADHD. And I can’t even ask anyone for help, because I am not supposed to. I did try asking for help. I was either ignored or was told that I shouldn’t ask for help.
That doesn’t sound like the best work environment. If I ask for help, I get it. If my colleagues can’t help, I call my boss (tell him jokingly to put the wine down and get off his ass) and get him to fix the problem.
