I bought a Razor phone in 2005 (or 2006, those two years were a bit of a blur tbh) that did let me go on the internet, but it was very slow and web pages were difficult to navigate.
Sure, but I had a camera phone for more than five years before an internet-connected phone! I do not think 2000s Razers had internet capabilities.

E-mail yes absolutely. Web access tho, I don’t think that was a thing until around 2010, aside from blackberries and sidekicks.
