I appreciate this insight from somebody that has been there. It’s hard to parse from western media what is real, as somebody who has not. We really can only trust what we know to be true, which has always been true, but should now be plain for everybody to see. the fact it isn’t is just a bit sad. Nevertheless it helps to hear from people that know the situation beyond the propaganda, so thanks for taking the time to respond.

Hard to know from the comfort of a device in a far off land, what is real and not real here. It certainly reeks of CIA intervention and this wouldn’t be the first time they targetted Morales nor would it be the first time they used this type of cjarge to target somebody (Julien Assange for example). I am sure it would be very convenient for their new US back Neo-liberal government if he was guilty of these things. For now I am going to see where I left my grain of salt.
