yeah, but I know some libertarians and the reason most of them don’t like the age of consent is, that a child is basically the parents property in our current system, and I (especially with trans rights in mind) can see their point, parents shouldn’t be able to ruin a child’s life just because they fucked without condom

that being said a lot of libertarians are pedos

I wouldn’t say that actual libertarians are conservatives (I know some in europe), but a lot of conservatives in the us larp as libertarians because that was the original vision of the us freedom fighters and they also on some level think they are libertarians because they think libertarians are smart (because the avrg libertarian is way smarter than the avrg conservative) but your joke still works because conservatives and libertarians are both pedos

  • Categorically, 100%, the US puppeted Ukraine provoked the war

ever thought about why ukraine is fine with being a “us puppet”?

also how did they start the war? russia anexed krimea in 2014, so they started it

Even if you have a different false opinion, Russia agrees with my statement

“everyone disagreeing with me is wrong”

also: russia investigates russia and finds out russia did nothing wrong

It is stupid to wage war on Russia

so if they’re gonna be destroyed anyway why not fight? also: should russia not fight back if let’s say sibiria was anexed by the us? I mean the us got the largest military in the world and the most allies, so why bother?

Inflation, and a Russian economic shift to support its own existence while casually pretending our own economies are fine.

the west may be doing badly, but we didn’t have to close the banks

Nuclear strikes on any US global base, or Air carrier fleet is not a missile headed for US that requires launching 1000s in return.

ok, what do you want to tell me with that? should russia be allowed to attack any country only because they allow the us to have military installations on their territory?

Cheering on the US escallation, that was not used for any Ukrainian strategic advantage/survival such as a Kursk withdrawal, is cheering for your rulers to suicide you.

war is always suicide for the individual, and you can’t really say they do strategic nonsense, because if they did ukraine wouldn’t exist anymore

US economy is on the edge of collapse

please elaborate, I’d like to know your basis for that assumption

Forcing Russia to destroy US economy/sustainability

you clearly overestimate russia my friend, also before that happens the us would either pull out, or send troops to russia, which would be the end of russia, not the us

    More problematic to whom?

people living under the threat of them

Where are the chinese wars and regime change operations?

cold war (they did the same as the us, but just lost), tibet, uigurs, taiwan, mongolia, and don’t forget their brutal mining operations in africa

At least Russia only attacks its neighbors at most so countries far away have nothing to fear, unlike the US invading and destroying countries all around the globe.

but in return the us only conqueres nations far away from them (at least in the last 100 years), also that’s not really better, russia got a lot of neighbors

the US is the bigger threat to real freedom in the world

imo, it purely depends on the region you’re looking on

    most brutal empire in history

historically britain outcompetes them imo, but in the 20th century, yes they were, now I’d say china tho, just look at their actions in africa, they’re kinda repeating briyish history there

but it’s nice, that you have manners and don’t want to ban everyone disagreeing with you like some on grad

usually russia, but china as well

also just for clarity: I’m an anarchist, I don’t like any state, so pointing out that the US isn’t better doesn’t help the discussion (sorry if you had to read this, I still got traumatized by the stupidity on grad)

depends, if you are banning me for using slurs I wouldn’t think you’re in an echo chamber, even if I was the biggest bigot on this planet, however, people on lemmy have banned me for stating my opinions like “I don’t want to live in an autocracy” or “kamala is still better than trump”
