They didn’t ban the other dude. I guess he technically didn’t say anything that was violated the rules of reddit. All he did was justify the actions of white supremacist in the past for all the non-white people colonization, murdering and plundering, describing it as a product of time, but at the same timez he was also not okay with white people colonization.

It’s really a question of how much effort I want to put in finding a different source that’s not dangerous. The extra time it takes to unpack them is okay then.

GOG games is fine as well, but they don’t have everything and direct downloads aren’t always stable for me.

I agree, I use Duolingo because it’s good at making me comeback to learn. But I use it for vocabulary as I feel it is best for that. It was never very good at teaching grammar.

But I don’t know why it is not good at teaching grammar. I don’t think it’s that difficult to replicate textbook exercises in a fun way. All I can think why they don’t have good grammar exercises is that it’s some dark pattern I don’t recognise.

I thought Duolingo was terrible for grammar.
