DEI means diversity, equity, and inclusion. Generally loose frameworks to promote equality for all people. Big talking point for the right, they hate it.

Recently a bunch of businesses cut their DEI policies for trump and government offices were ordered to kill anything DEI related.

I would hope that one that would be interested in this type of stuff would be meeting the affected party first :/
