Crisper isn’t changing an organism’s genes to that extent. When you’re designing an immune response with rna injection or other changes brought about with cytophages you can only get crispier. It’s sort of like how you can’t double fry fried chicken. It’s already crispy once, it just gets burned and dries out.

You only need to worry about wire length and ringing when you’re talking radio or modern CPU or graphics cards speeds. Anything pi related will be fine
Take the corset concept and sew on a strap diagonal from the bad nipple over the opposing shoulder?
Do you have access to a printer that’s big enough for a torso? That already feels like a huge expense to me.
You mentioned leather and that seems like the easiest to manufacture and adjust.
