Der 38c3-Beitrag ist echt gut, vor allem folgende zwei seiten haben mir gut gefallen:

wir brauchen ein repair-cafe, wo leute ihren alten PC hinbringen können (der nur noch stottert) und dann linux installiert haben können (ich habe die erfahrung gemacht dass er dann wieder flüssig laufen kann).

wir brauchen eine möglichst einfachen weg, dass leute daheim oder mithilfe bekannter, technisch ein-bisschen-versierter menschen linux installieren können. wirklich etwas, das sie schritt-für-schritt durch den prozess leitet, ohne dabei technisches fachjargon zu verwenden oder kompliziert zu klingen. am besten etwas wo man draufdrückt, 15 minuten wartet, und dann den computer neustartet und ein dual-boot-system daheim hat. :-)

It’s about pride. Trump doesn’t like that the “greatest of all countries” US is threatening to have an (even larger) export deficit with china in the future, so he wants to put up tariffs to slow down international trade; this way the deficit becomes a bit smaller he hopes.

And while we’re already at it, let’s extend these tariffs to europe, just for good measure, or so

(Almost) all poverty in western nations today is artificial; That means, poverty is intentionally created to keep people on their toes, because it is believed that makes them go to work. The economy needs workforce, after all.

Euclid (guy from ~2500 years ago) wrote a book called “Elements” where he described how various geometrical figures could be constructed with using only circles and straightlines (and their intersections).

This is one example from that book: How to construct the equilateral triangle.

uh oh. better check with your local mathematician.

step 1. draw a circle A step 2. draw a circle B with the same radius and with the origin on the circle A. step 3. connect the three points (origins of two circles) and any intersection of the circles with each other, and you get an equilateral triangle.
