Just show them the IOCCC why don’t you?
Just show them the IOCCC why don’t you?
Once I had to fill some forms for the gouvernement and I just went to their office and found a wonderfully helpful lady who helped me to do it and reassured me when I would freak out because their questions were not logical or not as closed as they thought. It was an eye opener and I’ve used the technique ever since.
I absolutely love that GIF. So appropriate.
What we need is to gather a group of specialists into a task force to address the problem in a more efficient manner. Let’s have a meeting about who to put on that team!
Well, that was my risky click of the day!
In my mother’s hometown, they finally decided which architect would redesign the townhall after it’s roof burnt down. Five years ago. And this is a rich town. France is fucking useless at getting shit done fast. It’s depressing really. This plant finally getting built is a fucking miracle!
Well, funny thing is we do have rules about what you can and cannot say, in Europe. I’m looking forward to him discovering those little subtleties, since he clearly cannot shut his trap.
You have an embarassed billionaire healthcare.
“It’s the best in the world! I just don’t have access to it right now. But once I do, you’ll see!” they say, trying to decide between bleeding to death and the ambulance.
And third world health care, mostly.
Well, Israel and Russia are trying to claim some room in that space, but yeah, it’s still probably “most of them”.
Given that the author was genuinely inspired by something he lived (it’s never been cleared up for me whether he had a girlfriend experience miscarriage or what), I never really understood the vicious and now eternal mockery. Just goes to show the community…
The meme itself is wonderfully elegant! It’s a reduction of the original comic to its simplest form. The sort of shit that should evolve over the course of centuries gets done in a few weeks in the Internet primordial soup. I could write it thus and I reckon it’s still recognizable : I Ii II I_
Each bar represents a character in the otherwise silent comic. And is usually presented in a two by two pattern to reflect the comic layout. But it’s been deconstructed to much it’d still work as I’ve rendered it above.
That makes sense. A lot of difficult conversations have been had in bed, while looking at the ceiling or cuddling or in the dark altogether.
Locals cared, obviously.
Do you realise how fucking regulated alcohol making and indeed, any sort of food or beverage making is in Europe? This sort of shit only happens in countries where you have a deadly mixture of ignorance, poverty and corruption.
Farmers in rural France know you throw away the first part of the moonshine because it’s the part that makes you go blind, for example. And it’s precisely to prevent any sort of accidental mishaps they ended up forbidding the making of it anyway (it used to be allowed for cattle farmers, iirc). Although I believe they rolled back that one, what with the explosion of microbreweriea and such. Also if it’s legal can tax it.
Krita is fucking slow though :/
Wait wait wait… RiF ain’t dead?!
It’s a service problem, though. Not a money problem. This is a perfect example of that very fact.
Sure, but I think Venerable Jorge would have 100% approved of copyright laws and violently enforcing them, somehow.
I used to be on Demonoid and some other JAV trackers but they shut down and I’m too lazy to bother with waiting to join another. Never really was into music enough to track (hah!) a private tracker and honestly I think it’s not in the spirit of torrents. But I appreciate the recommendations nonetheless :)
Take a page from China and remind him who’s the boss. When was the last time you heard of Jack Ma?
