Yeah true I do feel like it helps in that way, and if I didn’t put it down it would probably disappear. I suppose it’s more of a matter of following up on the notes, I’ll have all sorts of ideas and then don’t do anything with them.

I just never considered it, things used to be so much more black and white, to put it bluntly you were normal or retarded basically, so you had so many kids who thought they were just weird/dumb/lazy/unambitious or worse, myself included. I’m so glad things have got so much better though there’s still a long way to go.

Yeah I feel like they have gotten a lot more verbose with each generation haha, to be honest the latest generations have been a bit much for me because of all that extra dialogue and yeah the relationship building and a lot of other mechanics they throw in that detract from the game tbh.

Haha yeah the Final Fantasy games were great to do that with because they had a lot of secrets and extra quests and then the ultra weapons/summons etc. of course you had to do all that so by the end came around I was like ok I think I get it lol. Maybe I subconsciously didn’t want it to end and just have it an open ending I dunno. Agreed that’s a fantastic game, initially I kinda ignored it because I really didn’t like the blitzball lol, but glad I stuck it out.

I used to do this with JRPGSs all the time, I’d spend hours and hours grinding levels but when it finally got near the end I’d just stop playing.
