Animatrix is cool as fuck tho

I would consider myself 100% tech illiterate and I have a hard time figuring out this website I’m on right now and what it even is. And there’s like hundreds just like this. Or something. No advice just yapping.

Can someone explain what this “swarm” is to someone who knows pretty much fuck all about computer hardware and software and is semi interested in setting sail? I’ve downloaded music for free my whole life with no issues or letters in the mail (Usa)
