I changed my name as I didn’t like my birth name much. Also, I transitioned. However, if people change their names multiple times in a short period it does get tiresome - I thought about it beforehand so I knew it was right and wouldn’t change soon. I do not respect company name changes

I didn’t chew them, but I used to pick them with my fingernails. Painting them helped because then I would ruin it if I picked at them. Also fiddling with something else helps to occupy my hands.

I find sunlight and hormones helps for me, but that doesn’t mean it will for everyone. And it’s not about ignoring all the suffering in the world, it’s just about seeing it through a different filter. When I’m depressed my filter is more negative and I notice the suffering more and feel more despair, but I have a more positive filter, seeing how things are better than ever before and getting better, when I’m not depressed.

To make a counterpoint to all the views stated here: statistically, countries which have banned guns see far fewer gun deaths per capita than America. Gun bans work to reduce death, whatever else you may think.
