Was there even any hinting of Dumbeldores sexuality throughout the original series?

I’m not sure i associated any sexuality to him throughout the series, but that was years and years ago. Though I’m not sure i associated any sexuality to many characters in that series as there wasn’t any mentioning of it.

Edit: though whats up with people/readers trying to add sexuality to all characters anyway?

  • I wouldn’t say i enjoy or like it to a degree of liking a hobby, but the job suits me and has more benefits to my daily functioning than negatives, besides the paycheck.
I do like the steady and stable routine work provides.
I can listen to audiobooks without any issues and theres minimal interaction with others and the ones i do chat with are mostly friends, some of them already before working there.
The physical and active nature of the job is decent as well, yes i might be physically more tired, but I’ve tried sitting still in front of a computer screen. That type of a work just drains me completely, which doesn’t make sense as theres minimal movement. Half the time it’s just struggling trying to stay awake.

Biggest downside is probably the working schedule running in weekly rotating shifts.

  • That’s the point why AI based drones are getting popular or why that tech is being developed. Those are immune to jamming. Those operate on their own, detecting and eliminating targets.

Area jamming was effective in the beginning when drones were radio or any wireless signal controlled.
Then came fiber optic cable based ones to counter the jamming, but those do have a limited range and still must be operated by someone.
Now we have/developing AI controlled drones. Immune to jamming, similarly to fiber optic controlled ones, but no need for an operator to control those after releasing.

  • That seems to be the hardest part for way too many people to accept.

“You are not special. You’re not a beautiful and unique snowflake. You’re the same decaying organic matter as everything else. We’re all part of the same compost heap. We’re all singing, all dancing crap of the world.”

So every single political or even many daily decisions people make should be from the perspective of how it effects/works for the avarage person. “But i’M spEcIaL”, no you’re not. None of us are.

That’s completely unfathomable to me, why or how do so many people think they are special?
