DuckDuckGo bangs are great for this. Just add !wayback (with the space) after the URL of the article you are reading, and it will search the Wayback Machine for that article.
Example: If the URL for the article is website.com/propaganda.html, change it to website.com/propaganda.html !wayback and press enter.

Can they tell how many people live at that address somehow?

Not a native speaker. I learned mostly from American TV and reading Internet discussions. I have also absorbed a lot of more technical language through the native speakers at work. I made sure my coworkers know that I want them to correct my English, and working with a bunch of pedantic nerds, I sure get a lot of helpful corrections!

I second Bitwig. I was an Ableton user before switching to Linux, and shopped around several FOSS DAWs before deciding to just keep a Mac around to use only for music production. But I later found Bitwig, and was able to use that to switch to Linux full time. I am just a hobbyist, but Bitwig is absolutely professional grade software.

Just found these custom ad block filters. Seems to be working so far

132 episodes at about 11 minutes each is about 24 hours. Why would you want a single video file that long instead of multiple smaller files that can be consumed in reasonable chunks?

Hopefully I can piggyback with a similar question that came to me recently. Similar to how Ubuntu/Mint work, Fedora KDE can be updated through the Discover store or directly via the dnf command. But after updating system packages via Discover, it prompts me to restart the PC to finish the update. What is it actually doing? Why does DNF not do that?

That alone does not prevent seeding. One can absolutely seed and leech without port forwarding, they will just have fewer connections than they would with port forwarding set up.

Do certain providers block uploading but allow downloading or something?

In All or when searching. I think it requires an alpha version of v3.0.0, which can be found on GitLab but not F-Droid

Might not be “relatively cheap”, but the Framework 12 fits the other criteria with the bonus of having a touchscreen.
I am seeding a few, and yes, they get some traffic. Not as much as I would expect, but each currently has a seed ratio >0.0.
