I remember John Kerry’s election in 2004 was thwarted due in part to the perception that he was flip-flopping around a lot of issues. Trump is constantly making an absolute fool of himself by constantly backing away from shit he said he was going to do.
Like I simply could not believe he thinks he could add that. Even the most tyrannical warlords of the past didn’t demand that much tribute from people they conquered. The Mongols and Romans would blush at this shit.
He is Putin’s stooge. Trump LOVES dictators and billionaires, because he wants to be, or be seen as, both of those things. You might ask why the Israelis preferred Trump over Biden/Kamala even though the latter were as much supportive of Israel as Trump is. The reason is that Trump’s rhetoric is stronger and more direct, and on top of that, he is a VERY easily manipulatible bitch despite his reputation and personal belief that he is uncontrollable. The other elites know this, and this is why he is popular with them even if he is an absolute disaster for most people.
They were useless scientifically and did not yield usable results. I will get you a paper proving it later.
Those were the exceptions. When it came to things like medical science with experiments on POWs and concentration camp prisoners they were so abysmal it wasn’t funny.
As an American, this feels wrong on the surface with our broad first amendment and all.

At this point in time it must be acknowledged that there needs to be that limit on them to force them back into being a small pathetic group that they were and to hopefully allow society to outgrow them in the future.
They will be ‘so much for the tolerant left’ so matter what you do, and they will actively censor anyone and anything they don’t like also no matter what. Liberals have been highly prone to hiring fascist and bigoted nutjobs in order to allow for a more ‘balanced’ perspective, but any attempt to make them hire more liberal minded people for their own platforms is brushed aside without a second thought. That shit doesn’t work on them. They want access to your stuff while also 100% forbidding you from even looking at their stuff.

A: Why the Nazis were bad beyond ‘they wanna kill people!’ Their utter disgust of science and technology, and how their social policies were actively fucking over their own people in addition to others. B: Just how incompetent the Nazis were, and were far from a hyperefficient machine. C: Just how bad they were at science and despite their demonization, West Germany was never fully denazified and how many former Nazi officers returned to work as politicians and military officers.
There is a plethora of books written before and during WW2 that showcased just how evil the Nazis were and how fucked their society was. They also need a review of Mein Kampf and how Hitler dictated it. Exactly like how Trump dictated the Art of the Deal to a writer and did not write it himself.
My suggestion of one book written during the Nazi Era is Education for Death by Gregor Ziemer. The society it showed was really, REALLY fucked. How anyone could think this was a paradise is beyond me. Most modern fascists, with their donut bodies and chinless faces would be the types considered feeble and probably sterilized as a ‘charity’.
You should see the hasbarists that tried to tell me that the operation was highly successful since it killed the children of Hezbollah operators, and that was its intended victims. Basically these people consider children to be very valid and normal targets to the point that you are a fool for thinking it is wrong.
In all honesty at that point I am actually surprised at the restraint that Hamas and everyone else has had on them. Iran and even the Houthis defeated Israel’s Iron Dome and David’s Sling so many times it isn’t funny, but they still act like it is some impenetrable forcefield that has never been defeated. Also all of the targets by Hezbollah and Iran have been purely military targets or symbolic while also pulling some major punches, while Israel targets civilians with wanton abandon and with the intent to do as much damage as possible to civilians and civilian infrastructure.
When Israel did get (mostly warhead-less) missiles launched at it, they expressed shock and acted as if Iran was some idiotic child-like state that did not understand that these are weapons that could hurt people. In the meantime they revel in the murder of children and civilians and even when releasing hostages as a part of their deal, they open fire at their buses.
And Israel has always been like this. It isn’t new.
They were for releasing their own hostages. And those Israelis opened fire on the busses carrying them and immediately went on a spree to arrest more people for no reason.
Fuck you, Israel deserves whatever hell it gets.
Have you ever wondered how people reacted to the original Nazis in the 1930s? Well… now you know. If can feel proud of something, it is at least I am extremely against it and the whole ‘what would you have done?’ is basically answered definitively for me.
If the US had not invaded Afghanistan and done such a shitjob the Taliban would have been overthrown by now. The Taliban was highly unpopular in 2001, but thanks to the US fucking everything up, they regained more land than they had otherwise by 2017 or so.

Mini-14 is now prohib in Canada as of 2020. They say they did it because of the Polytechnique shooting in 1989, but they had passed sweeping gun legislation in the 90s already. It is kinda incredible how that shooting is still the number 1 talking point and they’ve practically competely forgotten about the Nova Scotia shooting in 2020. I think it is because they are well aware that the 2020 shooting was done pretty much entirely with firearms smuggled in from the US. And the one gun that he had that was sourced in Canada the RCMP let him have due to a major league fuckup when they had all the right to just take it.
Also he was forbidden from owning firearms well before the shooting. Despite countless complaints that he had guns and seemed to be planning something fucked, they chose to do nothing, as usual.

This is one huge problem I have had with gun control advocates. In Canada they are basically banning all rifles that look ‘military’. The problem? All, and I mean ALL semi-auto rifles now look like that. Even ones that still have wooden furniture like a pre-WW2 era rifle can have them swapped out for black polymer and ‘look’ modern.
Even lever guns are sporting serious polymer furniture that make them look like sci-fi western guns.
The definition of ‘military style’ gun was created in the late 80s when your average gun owner was still owning their vintage ww2 surplus rifle (from the 1960s to 70s WW2 era rifles were so common on the market that there wasn’t that much room for anything truly new) that had that old school look while all new military rifles had switched to polymers and had protruding pistol grips.
The rhetoric has remained the same despite almost 40 years passing and a lot of basic changes.
