Anxiety is a problem for me as well I’ll be scheduling a psychologist appointment soon, just waiting for a call back, but knowing has helped me deal with it a bit more.
After decades of struggling and thinking everyone was like me, I just want to know what normal feels like.
I have an appointment to talk about drug options in about 2 weeks and I’m just curious how effective they are at treating all of these? Or are medicine focused on only some of the symptoms.
Oh we realize, but it’s difficult to stop once it’s been ingrained in the culture. Not only that, employers took advantage of that and therefore tipped employees have a much lower minimum wage.

I still don’t understand their hesitation, they are still advocating for hydrogen instead of batteries. And even then, they haven’t built any infrastructure to support hydrogen cars like tesla did for battery cars.
