I often feel the same way, though I don’t know if being dumb is the source of happiness in this case. Plenty of intelligent people have come to accept the status quo as what is “natural”, “normal”, and “good”, though I guess being in a good economic position makes that easier than when you’re barely able to make ends meet. I still agree, I wish I could just accept everything the way it is because it has to be an amazing feeling to never even think about how unjust our system really is, even if you’re the one who’s being oppressed. That’s why I CBT didn’t work / anti-depressants wouldn’t work for me, because the knowledge of this injustice will always be there
