I’ve never seen anyone this dumb, he’s like a child. It just speaks to the severity of his narcissism, he likely refused to learn from a very young age because he thought he knew better. Having people around him to do everything for him didn’t help. Like he would be legit helpless if left on his own, it’s fascinating to watch. Or it would be, if he didn’t have his finger on the nuke controls.
