    Lol? It’s news, and someone misses the most important bit about the news (where) and puts in oddly specific info (name of a person), and you get offended on their behalf because I complain that vital information is missing from the post?

              If her name isn’t as important as where it happened, to the point that you’re annoyed that the who was in the headline but not the where, then you are, in fact, saying that you don’t care about the who.
