They’ve governed before. They still don’t have a majority so they will have to do another coalition with social democrats and greens like they have in the past. Although this time Die Linke has a much bigger share so hopefully they can get their way and set the tone. It’s not yet clear if Eralp will be elected mayor either afaik

Either way I hope it doesn’t backfire like last time when they passed rent control which was overturned by the federal constitutional court
