    I always felt closer to the EU (well probably more when UK was a member) as a Canadian. Probably lots of my household words while growing up were British (for example thong, foot beachwear vs underwear)than say American English.

    I hope we get a closer tie with them regardless, we are a relatively small country by gdp and population compared to many and I don’t want to deal with Nazis like it’s the 1940s. I played enough stealth games, not my thing. But damn right I’ll do what I can for my country even at this age, so best I can hope for is being a part of the resistance I assume but hope it doesn’t come to that.

      I always felt closer to the EU (well probably more when UK was a member) as a Canadian.

      Because most of Canada is immigrants from Europe and we don’t force people to drop their ethnic heritage to a melting pot shit culture like the USA.
