    Are there entrapment laws in the UK? Because it sure sounds like the undercover journalists, by offering their support and paying for the polls, were doing just that. Doesn’t make the lack of reporting donations any less illegal, but still. Am I reading this wrong?

      Entrapment laws apply to law enforcement, not to private parties.

      It was a definite sting, but Farage is now on film agreeing to illegal foreign financing. It’s unlikely he’ll be prosecuted in this instance, but it certainly raises questions about the sources and legality of Reform’s other donations.
