I mean they have elections, but so does Russia, do you consider Russia to be a democracy?
US puppet regimes always put on a flimsy facade of “democracy” and “freedom” but it is pure naivete to think that’s what anyone in charge actually cares about.
Well Iraq is not a puppet state though. If anything they are a democracy that has connections with Iran. So the United States doesn’t even meddle with it! It’s free to do as people see fit as long as they call the Constitution
No country in the middle east is free of Western meddling.
