If you only weighed 11 pounds I’d imagine your idea of what is and isn’t comfortable would change quite a bit.
True. Though she’s closer to 13 pounds, even though I have her on vet approved low cal kibble 😄
Mine’s 14 pounds, on diet food of only 1/2 cup a day, and STILL won’t lose weight. I suspect my wife has been feeding her excess treats…

I imagine it’s a bit softer for a creature covered in fur than it would be for me

I love the underlying sentiment, but there’s plenty of places as near or even closer to me where she wouldn’t have to have her head and neck against metal with corners 😄
Mine does the same. Uses fan legs as pillows.
