    Same situation in my household. Plenty of areas where we differ in how our adhd looks because of her autism and my lack of it, but notes do nothing for either of us except build clutter.

    One trick I’ve found though is to make the thing you need to do a problem. So much easier to fold the laundry when the basket is in your way

      Quite true. Making things problems is definitely a good method.

      Also, similarly, even if it’s not a problem per se - I remember things I need to take with me because they’re on my desk right behind my keyboard.

      Of course, I almost and do occasionally forget the most basic things. Wheelchair user, I wear gloves and sometimes I forget. I also hate not wearing a hat, and sometimes I forget. heh. It sucks when it’s the KEYS I forget though.
