We also use NSAIDs (doesn’t have to be Advil/ibuprofen specifically) & Tylenol (AKA acetaminophen/paracetamol) in combination when needed. It’s worth noting that Excedrin is a combination of aspirin (an NSAID), acetaminophen, and caffeine. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aspirin/paracetamol/caffeine
