I mean he did kill Bin Laden and, while it was a pale shadow of what it could have been, he did oversee the most comprehensive reform to health insurance seen in at least a generation. Before him? You were fucked if you had ANY preexisting condition whatsoever.
Well to* be fair, Obama only had control of both the senate and the house for his first 72 days. Enough time to get some things done, but not a lot.
But I agree that he could have done more with the power he did hold throughout his presidency, as Trump has shown. Obama could have went buckwild with the executive orders. But alas, hindsight is 20:20.
