Yeah, i read that some of the Shaheds have been upgraded with anti-air munitions. There’s not much you can do except use interceptor drones or a missile of your own - at least in the last case it’s a 1:1 trade in Anti-Air missiles, making it financially sensible.
The only problem with this approach could be, if the drone carries an AAM.

Also anti air guns (think Gepard or modern variants) or lasers - there was a talk about UK providing Ukraine a prototype, but then nothing afterwards.
