    Of the 21 ships that crossed the strait on the first day of the blockade, none used the US-backed route near Oman, with 17 of the ships opting for Iran’s approved channel, according to maritime data firm Kpler.

    Quite the embarrassment for the US

    Ya they keep using ships as guinea pigs to see if they’ve killed enough Iranians to get ships through.

      The answer is always going to be no they haven’t. They can’t really get their ships near enough to do much to secure the straight because they take damage or risk being sunk.
