I suppose it probably depends on their coats quite a bit? One with a dense layer of down hair is effectively wearing a winter coat compared to another cat wearing a windcheater
But in general, their natural body temperatures are a degree or two higher than ours, which is probably part of why they love being so warm

She’s got a super thick undercoat
I put an ice cube on her while she was sleeping and she didn’t notice, and the cube didn’t melt
Our other cat is a total summer child. All winter he’s a giant puffball and doesn’t want to leave your lap.
My superfloof loves cuddles all the time even when it’s hot. She also used to go outside in negative Fahrenheit so she has a large comfort range.
Our superfloof pretty much never sits on anyone’s laps. We assume she’s hot all the time, but who knows?
