Criminals cannot be pardoned by Parliament in the UK, only by the reigning monarch, and given the current status of the King’s little brother I think that is highly unlikely.
Sorry, yeah, pardoning is the wrong term for this. It’s more a case of “get the special lawyers who make difficult allegations disappear, in exchange for blackmailable loyalty”.
Reform can always make time to pardon a rapist - it’s an important part of their recruitment process for their councillors and mayors.
