    I listen to my kids and understand their struggles. I feel like that wasn’t a thing when I was raised. That may be considered “woke” now.

      I hereby bestow your woke card. I am a historian (just kidding) so I can assure you, not hurling your children across the room & treating them as more than property is quite woke. In 20 years, hopefully we will all be considered to be on par with the guy who invented Wheaties in wokeness (no, no, very bad)

    Reminding them to eat. Someone with ADHD often forget to eat. And for my husband, he starts to feel shaky and terrible.

    In the handicapped zone of the parking lot, always leave a cart or two, or three. Older people like to get out of the car, and have a cart right there to act as a walker across the parking lot, and across the street.
