Mess something benign up (can happen to anyone): ok, make arrangements to get it rectified.

Important following appointment: I’m on time at the wrong location. => melts down crying like an icecream on asphalt.

I can’t anymore, it’s been like this my whole life and I have to just watch how the people around me constantly have to help out. And it makes me feel horrible.

I take meds and it does help, but every once in a while I’m hit with a couple of days where I’m getting smacked around like a ragdoll visiting the Grand Canyon vertically. (Or a piniata, because that’s the picture I found).

weird, but yes. they help. I’m not the only one?

It helps keep that adrenaline rush from being a big deal whenever I realize when I’ve done/forgotten something.
